Finally after an exceptionally long delay right at the beginning of the semester, we got to go to class. Having 3 extra days off was a fun-thought, but the fact was not as fun. I was bored to death as I had nothing to do with my brain and sick of spending my days reading newspapers, surfing the internet and just laying in bed watching Totally Spies. So today, for the first time I felt so happy to start school.

There was not much to say about today, though. However, let's review a bit.

So my day started from 9.10am, when I officially got out of my bed. Hien brought some crepes to my room at 9.15am, what a nice gesture! We went to ECON 335 class together. The class was packed by the time we got there. So many familiar faces. The class seems to be full with bright and smart people. Most of them are finance and economics major, some are double majors. Some are really articulate and express significant economic understanding. I was just being "the usually dumb, slow, and silent Asian" sitting silently musing over my own thoughts in class. That fact really frustrates me. For some reasons, I read a lot and learn a lot, but when the teacher throws a question into my face, I am just really slow to respond and cannot gather all necessary information to articulately answer the question. I freaking hate it. Urgggggg

After class, I went to distribute the textbook sale flyers. Hopefully I can get rid of all textbooks soon. There are just so many of them that I am holding, and I need cash sooo badly! Some students contacted me through email and phone today and some days ago to ask about several books, but none of them has contacted me back to confirm they wanted to buy the books. Hope that someone will call soon:(

Lunch at Thomson today was not too bad. They served chicken nuggets, some kind of turkey noodle, and chicken stir-fry rice with spring roll, so that was good. I ate a lot, and stuffed my stomach with lots of chocolate chip cookies as well. So I would not need anything for dinner.

MGMT 326 (Operation Management) started at 12.30. My professor, Ms. Riddle, does not seem to be as interesting as praised on Ratemyprofessor.com However, I hope to really learn something out of the class. Hopefully Operation Management can really help me know how to pull my business off successfully.

HIST 212 professor was awesome! Mr. Silverman immediately reminds me Dr. Derochi- a very strong and cool personality. Anyway, I know at least that Prof. Silverman gonna make my history class so interesting that I would not fall asleep.

MGMT 321 professor was not as hot as I expected, but she is totally great. She majors in Psychology and has lots of experiences with Psychology, so that would be fun to look at Management from a Psychologist perspective. She also has real work experiences so I hope to learn a lot from her. What I like most is that Myranda is in the same class and she sat right next to me! She is such a sweet, lovely, and hardworking girl, and her presence in class absolutely makes me feel more comfortable when it comes to group project.

Uhmmm so that was what happened in my class today. Everything is good so far. Maybe I wont have to drop any class. I am kind of satisfied with my professor choices this semester. Also finish taking care of textbooks already. Manage everything under $100, except for the super costly course ACCT 305 :( Dont know if I really need to throw so much money into it, but well, Finance major needs lots of accounting course! What can I do? Hope it will pay off.

Last but not least, I have not talked to my new bf for 2 days:( Start missing him now. Hey, I dont know if I love him already or not, but I miss him and miss messing around with him. Stupid boy, he must be really busy with his leadership training that he would not text me until 1 or 2 am. Haizzz.

That is for the first day of school. Will try to keep you posted, my dear blog :)
